Role Summary

The Area Leader is a full-time, on-site position responsible for guiding several store locations and keeping performance consistent across the area. The role also includes team coaching, hiring support, onboarding assistance, brand compliance, inventory oversight, cost management, and quick resolution of customer or operational concerns.
