Role overview
This Analyst position is centered on customer analytics and transformation work. The role uses data analysis and visual storytelling to uncover customer behavior, cross-sell outcomes, acquisition patterns, and attrition trends. The findings are turned into clear dashboards and practical insights that help shape customer strategy, support business growth, and inform leadership decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Study customer behavior, segmentation, product ownership, and portfolio movements to produce insights that improve acquisition, retention, profitability, and broader customer strategy.
- Create, refine, and support high-value dashboards, visual reports, and self-service analytics used by senior leaders and business teams.
- Convert complex data into easy-to-understand visual stories that surface trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate management and business reports within required timelines.
- Work with Business and Product teams on analytics related to product performance, bundling patterns, churn causes, and retention initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to build and assess datasets that are reliable, efficient, and fit for analysis.
- Help automate and standardize analytics and reporting workflows to improve productivity and scalability.
- Maintain strong data quality, consistency, and integrity across all analytics and reporting outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline.
- Good understanding of customer analytics, insights generation, marketing analytics, and performance measurement.
- Practical experience in database handling and data analysis, with exposure to tools such as SAS, Python, SQL, or similar.
- Solid experience using BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, or comparable tools to design and improve interactive dashboards.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-starter with an innovative, practical approach to solving data and business challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly.
- Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, including engagement with business leaders and senior management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure and tight delivery timelines.
