Role Summary
The Afterhours position is a full-time, on-site role in Skopje. It focuses on keeping fleet operations running smoothly outside normal business hours. The person in this role will answer driver calls, emails, and messages; coordinate responses to urgent issues such as delays, route changes, and equipment-related concerns; and make sure communication stays accurate between drivers, dispatchers, and customers.
Key Duties
This role involves monitoring loads, updating internal tracking systems, logging incidents, keeping records current, and escalating critical matters to the right teams. It also requires maintaining service quality and safety standards while working assigned afterhours shifts and partnering with the daytime operations team to ensure seamless coverage.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, and be comfortable handling a high volume of calls and messages in a professional manner. Good organization and time management are important, along with the ability to prioritize several issues at once and keep accurate documentation during busy periods. The role also calls for sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with dispatch or transportation systems, email, and spreadsheets. A customer-focused approach is essential, as the position supports drivers and helps maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

This job requires on-site availability in Skopje and may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required. Education in logistics, business, or a related field is considered an advantage. Prior experience in transportation, logistics, call center work, or operations support is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
