About the Opportunity
Utpatti, a flagship Fellowship under Mitt Arv Technologies Pvt Ltd, offers a structured six-month program combining 25% training with 75% hands-on work on live projects tied to various group brands such as Mitt Arv, Scambuster, EXT India, and Travel & Payments. Founded by an IIM Calcutta alumnus with industry experience at Microsoft, Expedia, and VISA, the fellowship is based at the Hyderabad office.
Roles and Daily Duties
- Manage bookkeeping and daily accounting functions across multiple group companies.
- Assist in the oversight of financial processes including transaction recording and data accuracy.
- Contribute to compliance activities ensuring financial regulations are met.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounting responsibilities across businesses located in India, Singapore, and Malaysia.
- Work closely with teams to improve and manage financial workflows.
- Acquire practical exposure to real-time business finance exercises.
- Maintain records for companies like Mitt Arv Technologies, Travel & Payments, ScamBuster, Utpatti, and EXT India.
Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
- Applicants must be committed to a full-time, in-office schedule based in Hyderabad.
- Availability is required between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026, for a 6-month commitment.
- Relevant skills and a keen interest in accounting and finance are necessary.
- Women aiming to start or restart their professional journey are especially encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be willing to work Tuesday to Saturday from the office and have personal laptop access throughout the program.

Financial Compensation and Benefits
The fellowship provides a monthly stipend between ₹4,000 and ₹5,000. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, complimentary snacks and beverages, a five-day workweek, and the possibility of a job offer upon successful completion.
Additional Details
- Upon conversion to full-time employment, salaries range from ₹300,000 to ₹450,000 annually.
