Role overview
North West Hospital and Health Service is seeking an Accommodation Support Officer to help manage staff housing and contribute to a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodation network for employees across the North West region.
In this position, you will support the daily coordination of staff accommodation and work alongside the Senior Accommodation Officer to keep properties maintained, compliant, and ready for use.
What you'll do
Your day-to-day work will focus on the effective running of the accommodation portfolio, including inspections, maintenance follow-up, and ensuring housing standards are consistently met.

Requirements
- A current C-class motor vehicle licence is required.
- The successful candidate will undergo pre-employment screening, including a criminal history check.
- This is a VPD risk role, so you may need to provide evidence of vaccination or immunity for Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
- A probationary period may apply.
