About the internship
This remote internship is designed for psychology students or graduates who want to contribute to research-driven publishing work. The role combines academic research, manuscript support, and project coordination, with a special focus on psychology content and child psychology initiatives.
What you will do
- Carry out in-depth research on assigned psychology topics, gather supporting information, and summarize academic sources to help shape books and articles.
- Support the writing process by drafting, editing, and formatting chapters, articles, and manuscript plans.
- Track deadlines, follow up on active writing assignments, and help keep the publication workflow organized.
- Contribute to research and development work related to child psychology projects.
- Coordinate with the Principal to ensure the research findings are translated into clear, useful, and engaging content.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and can commit for 6 months. Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in psychology and academic publishing. Candidates with a background in psychology or strong interest in scholarly writing are preferred.
Additional requirements
- Applicants should be enrolled in, or already have completed, a Psychology program at the bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. level.
- A sincere interest in psychology, research work, and the publishing process is important.
- Interest in child psychology and related developmental work is especially valued.
- Experience with psychology-based mobile apps, digital products, or structured research assignments is considered an advantage.
- Strong academic writing ability, good analytical thinking, and comfort working independently with limited supervision are expected.
- The internship requires a minimum commitment of 6 months and is intended for candidates looking at the role as a potential long-term association.
Stipend and structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 to 25,000. The compensation is made up of a fixed component of INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 5,000 to 10,000 per month.
