About the internship

This in-office business development internship is focused on sales and client-facing recruitment support. The selected intern will contribute to relationship building, support recruitment strategy discussions, and help identify potential business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships in a professional and responsive manner.
• Work with team members to shape recruitment approaches that support client business goals and hiring needs.
• Assist with lead generation activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
