About the Role

Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a Waiter for its Waterfall restaurant. The property presents itself as a welcoming, service-driven workplace built on care, respect, and a family-like culture. Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, attentive table service to guests dining at Waterfall.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve dishes and drinks in line with the restaurant’s service standards.
• Prepare tables for service and reset them efficiently after guests leave.
• Keep the dining area and service stations clean, orderly, and hygienic.
• Handle guest requests and raise concerns to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Coordinate smoothly with colleagues and kitchen staff to support efficient service.
• Follow all grooming, hygiene, and safety requirements throughout the shift.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel service role is preferred.
• Working knowledge of food and beverage service procedures is needed.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety practices in hospitality settings.
• A friendly, polished, and guest-focused manner.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal ability.
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a service environment.
• Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically capable of handling a busy, fast-moving workplace.
