Role Overview

City Centre Rotana Doha is seeking energetic, service-oriented Food & Beverage team members who are eager to grow their careers in hospitality. This role is stationed at City Centre Rotana Doha and focuses on delivering attentive, polished table service that turns each guest visit into a memorable dining experience.

Key Duties

• Carry out all food and beverage service tasks in line with the hotel’s service standards and operating manual.
• Welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and provide service that is professional, discreet, and tailored to individual needs.
• Develop strong knowledge of the outlet’s menu so you can confidently explain items and make helpful recommendations.
• Keep a close watch on the quality of food and beverages served to guests.
• Handle guest feedback, questions, and complaints courteously and resolve them to a satisfactory standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the outlet and ensure service equipment is properly cared for.
• Complete all setup, in-service, and closing duties, including mise-en-place and mise-en-scene preparation.
• Work to reduce waste, damage, and spoilage during service operations.
• Use suggestive selling methods to enhance the guest experience and support revenue growth.

Education and Experience

Applicants should ideally hold a diploma or degree in hospitality, or have vocational training in food and beverage. Prior experience as a waiter or waitress in a busy, high-volume restaurant is preferred. Strong English communication is required, along with guest service and interpersonal abilities.
