Role Summary
We are hiring a UK IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment. This position focuses on identifying, screening, and placing IT talent for clients in the UK market.

What You Will Do
- Manage recruitment assignments from initial sourcing through to candidate placement.
- Find suitable IT candidates for UK-based hiring needs.
- Review profiles, screen applicants, and progress qualified talent through the recruitment process.
- Use job portals and sourcing channels to build candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate with candidates while keeping UK working hours and communication expectations in mind.
Required Background
The ideal applicant should bring 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in UK IT recruitment and should understand UK hiring norms, the local job market, and common recruitment practices.
Technical and Functional Knowledge
Experience working with IT roles and technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, and SAP is important. Candidates should also be comfortable sourcing, screening, and managing the complete recruitment cycle.
