UGC Lead

Role Overview

This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Indore for a creative and detail-oriented UGC Manager/Lead. The role suits someone who is comfortable appearing on camera, can coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and can help brands produce effective user-generated content. Compensation will be determined based on skills, prior experience, and the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce UGC-style on-camera content such as reels, product demonstrations, review videos, and talking-head formats.
• Liaise with clients, creators, and internal teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Handle creator onboarding, briefing, follow-ups, and collection of submitted content.
• Communicate campaign instructions clearly and make sure all outputs align with brand expectations.
• Evaluate UGC assets for quality, factual accuracy, and consistency with the brand’s tone.
• Keep track of deadlines, revision cycles, and delivery status for active campaigns.
• Maintain organized records of creators and campaign activity.
• Work closely with social media, performance marketing, and design teams to support campaign goals.
• Review campaign outcomes and share practical insights for optimization.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable and confident performing in front of the camera.
• Strong verbal communication and client-handling abilities are needed.
• Working knowledge of UGC, influencer marketing, and current social media trends is important.
• Prior exposure to creators or influencers will be considered an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.
• The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Experience required: 6 months to 1 year.
