About the role
This opportunity is with a company that supports a client in the mission-critical data centre industry. The team is hiring a Training Coordinator to help manage the development and readiness of a growing technical workforce. The position sits within a business involved in some of the largest and most complex data centre programmes across North America.
Role overview
In this position, you will take ownership of training coordination for engineering and field personnel. Your work will help ensure employees stay compliant, maintain the right certifications, and are prepared for deployment across multiple projects. You will partner with technical leaders and project teams to keep training operations organized and up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor training activities for engineering and field teams.
- Maintain employee compliance status, certification progress, and readiness for project deployment.
- Organize training schedules and keep records accurate and current.
- Administer the learning management system and handle related updates.
- Track certification documentation and manage workforce training records.
- Prepare reporting on training completion, compliance, and workforce readiness.
- Work closely with technical leads and project stakeholders across several projects.
