About the internship
This internship is focused on supporting end-to-end talent acquisition activities for WPP Media in Mumbai. The role offers hands-on exposure to hiring workflows, candidate management, interview coordination, and recruitment operations within a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities
- Find suitable candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social channels, and employee referrals.
- Review applications and create a shortlist based on role criteria.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to judge candidate fit.
- Arrange interviews between applicants and hiring teams.
- Manage interview schedules and help ensure a positive candidate journey.
- Keep candidate data current in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate follow-ups related to interview timings and feedback.
- Support the preparation of offer documents and onboarding paperwork.
- Assist with campus recruitment, hiring events, and employer branding activities.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and trackers.
- Take on additional HR and recruitment tasks as needed.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 4 Jul 2026 and 8 Aug 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in talent acquisition. Freshers may also apply.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.

Additional information
If the intern performs well and is converted into a permanent employee, the expected annual compensation will be INR 4,50,000 to INR 6,00,000.
