Stocking Team Supervisor

Job overview

This position supports stocking operations in a Walmart Supercenter in Calhoun, Georgia. The work centers on receiving freight, unloading trucks, and putting new merchandise onto the sales floor or into backroom storage. Most of the shift is spent in the backroom, so comfort with that environment is important.

Pay and additional compensation

The hourly wage for this role is $19 to $32 per hour. The pay will meet or exceed the minimum wage required at the job location. In addition to base pay, employees may receive annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra premium pay may also apply in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being done. More than one premium may be paid if the qualifying conditions are met.

Work expectations

Team members in stocking roles are expected to handle heavy items, including loads over 50 pounds. Use of equipment such as forklifts may also be required depending on the work assignment.
