Role Overview
This position supports production engineering activities to keep manufacturing operations stable, efficient, and well documented. The role works closely with engineers and production teams on tool and process qualification, lot disposition, investigations, and technical support tasks.
What You Will Do
- Deliver technical and engineering assistance to production so that operations remain steady and efficient.
- Help evaluate and clear production lots that are placed on hold.
- Take part in qualification and validation work for new equipment, materials, and process modifications.
- Support engineering trial runs by collecting and reviewing process data.
- Assist with customer-return investigations and with carrying out corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and update technical records such as work instructions and process setup documents.
- Carry out measurements and basic metrology checks according to engineering guidance.
Preferred Education and Background
A diploma in engineering is preferred, especially in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
Tools and Technical Exposure
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using measuring instruments, basic metrology equipment, and microscopes.
