Recruitment Duties

  • Identify and engage IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
  • Handle requirements from direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS channels.
  • Source talent using platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates initially for both technical fit and behavioral suitability.
  • Discuss and negotiate pay rates, salaries, and employment terms with candidates.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and client teams.
  • Manage the hiring journey from first contact through onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable pool of qualified consultants for current and future openings.
  • Submit candidates promptly while ensuring the quality of every profile shared.
  • Keep candidate information updated and accurate in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates during the hiring process.
  • Build durable professional relationships with consultants for future opportunities.
