Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing and hiring for IT roles across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions. The position involves working closely with direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS accounts while keeping the candidate pipeline active and responsive.
Recruitment Duties
- Identify and engage IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
- Handle requirements from direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS channels.
- Source talent using platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates initially for both technical fit and behavioral suitability.
- Discuss and negotiate pay rates, salaries, and employment terms with candidates.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and client teams.
- Manage the hiring journey from first contact through onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a reliable pool of qualified consultants for current and future openings.
- Submit candidates promptly while ensuring the quality of every profile shared.
- Keep candidate information updated and accurate in ATS/CRM systems.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates during the hiring process.
- Build durable professional relationships with consultants for future opportunities.
