About the Human Resources Team
The Human Resources group partners closely with key stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission, goals, and strategic priorities. Its work spans staffing and workforce development, operational support, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. The team focuses on placing qualified talent in the health care system while providing strong administrative support, employee training, and safety resources.
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Workforce Development, you will help attract and retain a diverse and capable workforce for Hawai‘i Pacific Health and its affiliates. In this role, you will also provide support for the front desk reception area, ensuring every internal and external customer receives excellent service. The position calls for a positive mindset, strong communication abilities, independence with minimal supervision, and a genuine commitment to building a healthier Hawai‘i.

Compensation
Hourly pay range: USD 23.33 to 29.16. Final pay for selected candidates will depend on knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, training, and internal peer equity. Hawai‘i Pacific Health also provides a competitive total rewards package with pay and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
An associate degree or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience is required, along with at least one year of office experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior recruiting experience and previous exposure to healthcare are both preferred.
