Role Summary

The Spa Therapist will provide a wide range of premium spa services to guests, with a strong focus on comfort, relaxation, and overall satisfaction. The role calls for tailored treatments, consistent service quality, and a polished contribution to the resort’s luxury wellness offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and body wraps.
• Evaluate guest preferences and needs, then suggest suitable treatments.
• Set up treatment rooms properly, keeping them orderly, clean, and fully supplied.
• Stay current on spa products, services, and industry developments.
• Offer attentive guest care so each visitor feels relaxed and well looked after.
• Follow all required health, safety, and hygiene practices.
• Support spa revenue by recommending relevant services and retail products.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related discipline. Additional certification in specialized therapies such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or Turkish spa techniques is also required. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a spa therapist role within a luxury spa or hotel environment is expected. Strong massage and treatment skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential. The position requires flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
