Role Summary

Enable Ireland Adult Services is hiring 3 Social Care Workers for the West Limerick Hub in Newcastlewest/Rathkeale. This is a full-time permanent role with a 39-hour working week.

The successful candidate will join the Adult Day Services team and provide social care support to adults with physical and/or sensory disabilities, mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, and autism. The role involves supporting service users with their needs, goals, and daily activities in line with individual preferences.

Working Hours and Leave

This position requires 39 hours per week. Annual leave is 31 days per year, calculated pro rata.

Pay and Employment Terms

The salary range is €39,160 to €54,746 per annum, pro rata. The pay scale may include Long Service Increments (LSIs). The salary is due to increase in 2026 in line with the recent WRC agreement on improved pay adjustments for Section 39 organisations.
