Siting Team Member

Role overview

Haven is looking for a Siting Team Member to join its holiday park team in Burnham-On-Sea. This role is focused on preparing caravans so they are positioned correctly, safe, and ready for guests. It involves practical, hands-on work and close collaboration with a supportive site and facilities team.

Working pattern and pay

This position can be offered on a full-time, part-time, or seasonal basis. Pay is up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age.

What you will do

• Move, place, and site caravans safely while following park layouts, safety rules, and operational plans.
• Carry out levelling, securing, and connection work so each caravan is ready for guest occupancy.
• Support the relocation and removal of caravans when required.
• Handle basic upkeep duties such as exterior cleaning and small repair tasks.
• Check caravans for safety or performance concerns and pass issues on to the maintenance team.
• Work alongside the wider facilities function to help maintain smooth day-to-day park operations.

What we are looking for

• Experience in caravan siting or in a similar hands-on environment such as construction, maintenance, or general labour.
• A full, valid driving licence with the correct entitlement to drive tractors, gators, and other agricultural machinery.
• Confidence using siting equipment and basic hand tools safely and correctly.
• A strong focus on safe working practices and compliance with workplace procedures.
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team, with good problem-solving ability.
