Senior Facilities Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Facilities Analyst will be responsible for supporting the daily functioning of Raytheon’s Coyote Program facility at Tawazun Industrial Park (TIP). The role focuses on keeping the site safe, secure, compliant, and ready for operations at all times. It includes oversight of maintenance, contractor coordination, workplace support services, security administration, and regulatory adherence, all in line with RTX standards and program expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday facility activities to maintain a clean, safe, secure, and efficient environment across offices, workshops, warehouses, and related infrastructure.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems such as HVAC, MEP, fire protection, security systems, utilities, and AV/IT infrastructure.
• Carry out regular inspections and site walkthroughs to check housekeeping, safety compliance, workspace readiness, and overall facility condition.
• Manage contractors and external service providers while ensuring they follow HSE requirements, contract terms, and agreed service levels.
• Act as the main point of contact with TIP Security for visitor access, staff clearances, vehicle permits, and approvals for moving materials.
• Handle front desk and visitor control processes and ensure records are accurately maintained for security, audit, and compliance needs.

Required Qualifications

• A university degree is required, along with facility management experience and at least 2 years of prior work in facility or site operations.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance, contractor delivery, and service providers in industrial, manufacturing, defense, or commercial settings.
• Solid knowledge of workplace safety practices, emergency response procedures, and regulatory compliance obligations.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Background

• Very strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits.
• Experience managing facility records, asset logs, permits, and audit or compliance documentation.
• Certification or training in Facility Management, HSE, First Aid, or Fire Warden practices.
• Exposure to ISO or AS standards and audit procedures.
