Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tema for a Security Patrol Driver. The role centers on operating assigned security vehicles to carry out routine patrols around client locations, observe the surroundings, and flag any suspicious behavior or potential safety risks. The driver is expected to inspect access points, react quickly to alarms or security incidents, and stay in close contact with the control room and wider security team. The position also requires professional interaction with clients, employees, and visitors while enforcing site rules and safety measures. In addition, the Security Patrol Driver must maintain accurate daily logs, incident documentation, and vehicle inspection records to meet company and client compliance standards.

Additional Requirements

• Strong practical driving ability, including prior experience handling larger vehicles or trucks, with the confidence to operate a truck safely in different conditions.
• A valid CDL Class A licence, or an equivalent professional driving licence, together with a clean driving history and solid understanding of road safety rules.
• Good communication abilities for reporting, using radios effectively, and coordinating with supervisors and security personnel.
• A client-focused approach and the ability to deal respectfully and professionally with visitors, customers, and coworkers.
• Prior exposure to security work, patrol duties, or other protective services will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, depending on operational needs.
