Security Officer

Role Overview

Revvity is hiring a Security Officer to help safeguard people, property, and assets at its Singapore location. The role focuses on maintaining a secure environment through access management, patrols, monitoring systems, and quick response to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Control entry and exit to the premises by checking identification, issuing passes, and screening people and vehicles.
• Make routine rounds to discourage and identify unusual or suspicious activity.
• Keep an eye on surveillance tools, including CCTV, to maintain continuous site security.
• React quickly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances and take the required action.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of daily events, security concerns, and any breaches.
• Support visitors, employees, or residents by answering questions and providing directions or guidance.
• Assist with evacuation steps and serve as an initial responder during emergency situations.
• Protect staff, property, and other assets from threats, theft, and unlawful activity.

Requirements

• A valid Security licence from the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD) is required.
