Role overview
WRNXT is hiring a Salesperson / Tele Caller for its on-site team in Mangaluru, Karnataka. This position is suited to a motivated, results-focused professional who can engage prospects, manage follow-ups, and turn enquiries into paying customers.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers by phone and carry out timely follow-ups.
- Make cold calls and continue the conversation through WhatsApp and email where needed.
- Receive inbound enquiries, understand customer needs, and guide them appropriately.
- Work within the given sales scripts and communication standards.
- Keep lead information organised and update customer details accurately.
- Arrange meetings or appointments for interested prospects.
- Develop strong customer connections and ensure follow-ups happen on time.
- Work towards meeting assigned sales goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of background in sales and telecalling.
- Strong verbal communication and selling ability.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools or lead tracking systems.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
