About the Role

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Sales Operations & Retail Support Intern to support the Regional Head of Sales and country supervisors across Malaysia and Singapore. The role provides practical exposure to regional sales operations, retail performance monitoring, and collaboration across markets in a fast-moving beauty environment.

Sales & Retail Operations Support

• Support the Regional Head of Sales in compiling weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance presentations for Malaysia and Singapore.
• Track and review KPIs such as sell-out results, conversion rates, average basket value, and counter productivity, and highlight important patterns for the team.
• Consolidate sell-out data from Sephora Malaysia and Singapore and keep sales trackers accurate and current.
• Assist in building commercial presentations and market review materials for internal use.
• Coordinate stock and replenishment requirements by working with supervisors in both markets.

Administrative & Coordination Support

• Provide routine administrative support to the Regional Head of Sales and country supervisors.
• Maintain operational databases, trackers, and filing systems.
• Help organize meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.
• Assist with raising purchase orders and monitoring invoices and shipment progress when needed.
• Support cross-dock and pre-alert documentation tied to Sephora orders.

Field Team & Supervisor Support

• Serve as a communication link between the Regional Head of Sales and the Malaysia and Singapore supervisors.
• Support supervisors with schedules, reporting templates, and operational tools that improve counter efficiency.
• Help coordinate retail activations, events, and in-store initiatives across Sephora counters in both markets.
• Monitor visual merchandising compliance and execution standards by collecting feedback and field photos.

Training & Engagement Support

• Assist with the planning and coordination of team trainings and briefings, including product launches and sales campaigns.
• Prepare training materials, onboarding documents, and briefing decks for beauty advisors and field teams.

Profile

Applicants should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline. The role requires availability from Jul 2026 to Dec 2026 on a full-time basis. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to handle several tasks at once, and comfortable working proactively in a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is expected, and familiarity with data tools will be an advantage. A genuine interest in beauty, retail, travel retail, and the Sephora landscape is preferred, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
