Role overview

This position is focused on generating qualified sales opportunities and supporting pipeline growth for the account team. The role involves prospect outreach, market learning, messaging improvement, and CRM hygiene in coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create qualified opportunities by reaching out to prospects and capturing their attention through different channels and methods.
  • Collaborate with the team to experiment with new engagement approaches and collect insights about updated service offerings.
  • Understand and follow established processes that help create new sales opportunities for account executives.
  • Test new outreach ideas, review feedback, and refine the go-to-market approach for refreshed offerings.
  • Build deeper capability in lead generation and related prospecting activities.
  • Research and map target accounts, including their structures, key contacts, and current technologies.
  • Partner with the team to strengthen pipeline creation.
  • Hold meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers and manage objections when they arise.
  • Help improve sales scripts, email sequences, and prospect communication.
  • Maintain activity records in internal tools and keep CRM details updated for the account team.
