Sales Assistant

About the role

Banjo’s is seeking an energetic and self-driven Sales Assistant to join the Launceston team. This role sits within the Sales Team and focuses on delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy food retail setting.

The position suits someone who enjoys working with others, stays calm in a quick-moving environment, and is comfortable serving customers across a range of shifts. Work is available seven days a week, with shifts running from 5:00 am to 6:30 pm, including weekends and public holidays, which offers variety and flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Provide quick, welcoming, and attentive service to customers.
• Prepare and serve quality food, beverages, and coffee items.
• Display and merchandise products in an appealing way.
• Follow Banjo’s workplace health and safety procedures to help maintain a safe environment for the team and customers.
