Robot Teleoperator

Role summary

This is a full-time Robot Teleoperator role for a client assignment in Canada. The work is carried out on-site and focuses on remotely operating robotic systems in industrial and operational settings.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $30 to $55 per hour.

What you will do

• Use teleoperation controls to guide robotic equipment and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Watch system performance in real time and address operational issues as they come up.
• Apply established procedures to support safe and efficient robot operations.
• Record activity logs, performance details, and any unusual events for review and analysis.
• Work with engineering and maintenance teams to improve robot performance and workflow efficiency.

What we are looking for

• Prior experience operating robotic systems in industrial or operational environments.
• Comfort with reading technical manuals and following detailed operating instructions.
• Ability to use remote-control interfaces and diagnostic tools for robotic equipment.
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and electronics related to robotics is an advantage.
