Role Overview
The Remote Project Team Coordinator will keep project efforts organized by handling timelines, supporting team communication, and helping the group stay on track to meet delivery goals. What You’ll Do
- Manage project calendars, schedules, and day-to-day team coordination.
- Set up meetings, share updates, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Monitor progress against deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Keep project files, notes, and records accurate and up to date.
- Facilitate communication between different teams and functions.
- Help leadership prepare project status reports and summaries.
