Project Manager

Role Overview

SBH Fashion is hiring a Project Manager to support the SVP of Global Creative. This role is best suited to someone who is highly organized, comfortable juggling many moving parts, and energized by a fast-paced environment. The team is looking for a candidate who is excited about helping build an inclusive, beauty-focused community for a beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and oversee project timelines and schedules.
• Track milestones closely and work ahead of issues by spotting risks early.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work moving and ensure shared accountability.
• Manage projects through complex approvals, dependencies, and logistics.
• Build detailed project plans and timelines that stay aligned across teams.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Raise potential delays quickly and recommend practical solutions.
• Serve as the main scheduling contact and keep partners aligned on timing and ownership.
• Improve scheduling and tracking methods to make workflows more efficient and predictable.
• Run recurring check-ins and milestone reviews so everyone stays informed about deadlines, risks, and next steps.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Working knowledge of scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational ability with experience handling multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Confidence in influencing others and driving accountability across teams.
• Careful attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and strong deadline management.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $66,000 to $75,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus.

Additional Information

This position reports to the SVP of Global Creative and requires success in a highly fast-paced setting.
