You will lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams in a fully remote setup. Key accountabilities

• Run Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to support effective execution.
• Coordinate project schedules, workflows, and deliverables across several active initiatives while working remotely.
• Partner with cross-functional contributors to eliminate blockers, address dependencies, and keep delivery on track.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams, maintaining clear communication and setting expectations.
• Use tools like Jira to monitor progress, manage the backlog, and keep sprint reporting transparent.
• Encourage Agile best practices and help build a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Convert business needs into clear tasks and delivery plans that teams can execute.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles.
• Practical experience leading Agile ceremonies and working in Scrum or similar Agile frameworks.
• Ability to use Jira or comparable project management tools confidently.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfort managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced remote setting.
• Good understanding of Agile practices; experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall setups is an added advantage.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are preferred.
• Background in IT or software development environments is highly preferred.
