Role Overview

This position is suited to an organized, proactive project manager who enjoys improving workflows, strengthening delivery, and keeping complex work moving smoothly. The right person will be comfortable coordinating across teams, handling competing priorities, and ensuring projects stay aligned to deadlines, scope, budget, and client expectations.

You will support high-priority accounts, serve as the main contact for new client requests, and help steer internal teams toward clear priorities and realistic timelines. The role also involves resource planning, financial tracking, task delegation, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for incoming client requests on priority accounts and coordinate with internal teams on timing and priorities.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans across multiple service lines.
• Forecast resource needs, monitor team bandwidth, and support budget control through proactive planning.
• Track project hours and expenses, alert finance to any risks, and escalate concerns to leadership when needed.
• Assign and manage tasks through Wrike or another client-approved project management platform.
• Coordinate resource assignments for client projects using the project management tool.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency across the organization and support internal initiatives and operations.

What Success Looks Like in the First 30/60/90 Days

• Become fully oriented to your portfolio of work, including a strong understanding of scope and project plans for 5 to 7 clients.
• Adopt Seer’s internal processes and begin suggesting ways to improve them.
• Start building trusted relationships with clients and Seer team members.

Ideal Background and Requirements

• Strong project management instincts with experience coordinating team members, vendors, and client stakeholders toward deadlines and goals.
• A proactive working style that favors anticipating issues and moving independently without needing constant direction.
• Experience managing cross-functional internal teams of 8 to 10 or more people.
• Working familiarity with digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, paid media, data analytics, and UX.
• Interest in process improvement, best practices, and teaching others how to work more efficiently.
• Strong ability to forecast bandwidth, solve problems quickly, and stay organized under shifting priorities.
• Experience communicating with client contacts at different levels and adjusting communication style accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits
