About AMOpportunities
AMOpportunities is a leader in technology-enabled clinical training placements and workforce solutions. The company supports universities and healthcare providers with the systems they need to grow clinical education across a wide range of healthcare disciplines. Its partnerships include more than 100 allopathic, osteopathic, nursing, PA, and allied health programs at over 650 healthcare institutions in the U.S. and abroad, helping address the clinical training shortage by scaling quality education.
Since entering domestic B2B solutions in 2020, AMOpportunities has built more than 75 partnerships with U.S. academic institutions and has placed students in nearly 6,000 clinical rotations. Its SaaS platform and service offerings help schools increase enrollment, launch new clinical campuses, and prepare for accreditation reviews.
The company encourages candidates to apply even if they do not meet every qualification listed.
Role Overview
The Program Implementation Coordinator plays a key part in launching new programs and ensuring they are set up successfully for AMOpportunities’ partners across the platform and Network Development Services. This position acts as a connector between sales/business development and the operational teams as well as clinical sites.
The role focuses on establishing operating procedures for program operations and recruitment teams so new programs can be implemented in an organized way. The coordinator works with recruiters to build relationships with prospective clinical sites and preceptors during onboarding, gathers the information needed to publish programs on AMO’s website, and supports a smooth transition from recruitment to live operations.
This is a fast-moving, collaborative role suited to someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. The position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas.
Key Responsibilities

- Gather, organize, and enter complete program details into the AMOpportunities platform so each new offering is accurately represented.
- Collect the necessary documentation from potential preceptors to support fulfillment of network services work.
- Work with recruitment, programs, and business development teams to confirm required details, manage smooth handoffs, and understand the sales pipeline from start to finish.
- Partner with School Sales and Customer Success teams to build tools and standard operating procedures that improve vetting and fulfillment for new school affiliations and placements.
- Help create PandaDoc templates and SOPs for NDS documents, B2B partner documents, and other program-related materials as needed.
- Use CRM systems confidently, with HubSpot preferred.
- Learn AMO’s proprietary clinical rotation platform quickly to help move acquired programs into live status without friction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with preceptors and clinical site administrators to support customer satisfaction and operational success.
- Customize onboarding workflows for each program, guiding contacts from initial handoff through onboarding and final transfer to the assigned coordinator and launch.
- Create clear and engaging program content for students and partners.
- Anticipate and help resolve challenges faced by preceptors or students through a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
- Build familiarity with the U.S. medical and nursing education landscape and remain a quick learner.
- Work across teams as a reliable source of program information, relationship context, and availability updates.
- Take on additional duties as needed.
