Role overview
Nityo Infotech is looking for a Product Manager to join its Singapore team and lead the creation and evolution of digital products from early discovery through launch and ongoing enhancement.
Experience
The position calls for 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Core responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product journey, from initial discovery to release and later improvements.
- Carry out user research and stakeholder conversations to shape well-defined problem statements.
- Create product direction, business cases, and compelling value propositions.
- Set product success measures and monitor performance through data-backed insights.
- Plan and maintain the product roadmap, deciding priorities based on business value.
- Work in close coordination with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Drive product launches, evaluate outcomes, and refine the product based on learnings.
- Improve engagement, onboarding, and adoption across the user journey.
Skills and tools
The role requires strong digital product management experience, a data-oriented approach to decision-making, familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working, and experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Balsamiq or equivalent platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to Singapore Citizens and applicants must hold CAT 2 Clearance.
Preferred certifications
Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are preferred.
