We invite curious, analytical, and user-oriented individuals to join Bosscoder Academy's team in Bangalore as Product Management Interns. This position suits those passionate about tackling real-world challenges, collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing user feedback, and contributing to the creation of meaningful products.
Role Overview
As a Product Management Intern, you'll collaborate closely with departments like Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle. Your contributions will include recognizing user needs, gathering key insights, organizing priorities for enhancements, and ensuring that product features provide outstanding user experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Support management across multiple phases of the product development process, from initial concept through to launch.
- Collect and interpret user feedback to uncover issues and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Operations, and Student Success to ensure effective implementation of product initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry directions and best practices.
- Assist in drafting product requirements and specifying feature details.
- Track product metrics and prepare data-driven reports to facilitate strategic decisions.
- Engage in feature testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing prior to product releases.
- Help prioritize product improvements based on user impact and company goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation including product notes, release summaries, and knowledge base entries.
- Contribute to refining workflows, enhancing existing features, and supporting overall product strategy advancement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Must be able to start between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026.
- Should commit to a 6-month internship duration.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with product management.
- Preferably enrolled in Computer Science Engineering programs.
Compensation
A monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 18,000 is offered for this internship.
