Role overview

Al Dana Switchgear’s transformer manufacturing division in Doha is hiring a Plant Operator to support production equipment used in transformer processing and finishing.

Key duties

• Run vacuum drying and oil filtration systems as part of the manufacturing process.
• Track equipment condition and key production readings to keep operations within required parameters.
• Carry out regular checks and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Record operational activity in logs and prepare routine reports.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards during daily work.

What we are looking for

• A diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in transformer manufacturing.
• Practical, hands-on exposure to vacuum drying equipment and oil filtration systems.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary in the range of QAR 5,000 to QAR 7,500.
