Job Summary

Mobco Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support its Human Resources function in Riyadh. The role suits someone with solid experience in payroll operations, monthly salary processing, employee settlements, and Oracle ERP, preferably from the construction or contracting sector.

The selected professional will manage monthly pay runs, work out entitlements and deductions, prepare full and final settlements, and help ensure all payroll activities follow company procedures and Saudi Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the monthly payroll cycle and process employee salaries through Oracle ERP.
  • Check attendance, overtime, leave balances, allowances, deductions, and any payroll corrections before processing.
  • Prepare final settlement calculations, including end-of-service benefits, leave encashment, and other dues payable to employees.
  • Work closely with HR, Administration, and Finance to keep payroll accurate and salaries released on time.
  • Keep payroll files, employee records, and supporting documents up to date.
  • Follow Saudi Labor Law, internal policies, and established payroll procedures in all payroll activities.
  • Review changes such as salary revisions, promotions, transfers, and employment status updates in the payroll system.
  • Produce payroll summaries, settlement statements, and employee cost analysis reports.
  • Respond to payroll queries and resolve employee concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with payroll audits and ensure payroll documentation is complete and properly maintained.
  • Track payroll data quality and handle employee information with strict confidentiality.
  • Contribute to payroll system enhancements and process improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
