Neighbourly Pharmacy is hiring a Payroll Administrator to join a team that supports accurate and on-time payroll delivery across several provinces, along with workers’ compensation and year-end payroll administration. This position follows a hybrid working arrangement.

What you’ll do

  • Run payroll activities for items such as new hires, employee exits, pay or rate changes, and transfers, using Dayforce HCM so pay is processed correctly and punctually.
  • Support month-end tasks related to WCB/WSIB and any health-related premium filings.
  • Help prepare and complete year-end administration across all entities.
  • Answer questions and provide strong service to teammates, internal and external partners, and government bodies.
  • Set up employee records and maintain confidential payroll files.
  • Take on additional payroll-related assignments as needed.

What the role requires

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a complex, high-volume, multi-provincial payroll environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM is essential.
  • Working knowledge of workers’ compensation and health tax administration.
