Role overview
An established independent financial advice firm in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its technical team. The position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where long-term careers are common, the team is close-knit, and employees are genuinely listened to.
The business has more than 35 employees, serves a loyal client base, and has an excellent record of retaining staff, with several team members staying for 10, 15, and even 20 years.
Working pattern
This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. The employer can accommodate flexible hours, such as five shorter days for part-time working. Hybrid working is available after probation.

The package includes a salary of up to £45,000+ depending on experience, with room for exceptional applicants to be considered above this level.
