Role Summary

This position sits in the Ozurdex packaging area, which functions as a production assembly environment. The core purpose of the job is to move Ozurdex pouches from stage 4 to the finished packaged format required by the customer, following PMR instructions and the standard operating procedures for the area.

Key Duties and Standards

• Carry out packaging work while following the area’s SOPs, customer requirements, and compliance expectations.
• Maintain the required quality level for each packed product and ensure the output meets specification.
• Work at the expected pace and efficiency so customer demand can be met.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules, including site procedures, policies, and rules.
• Escalate any H&S concerns to the department manager or through the designated EHS system.
• Use PPE correctly and remain compliant with site PPE requirements.
• Keep to attendance, timekeeping, and absence standards in line with the site policy.
• Take part in training and certification activities relevant to the role.
• Support other areas when needed and remain adaptable in day-to-day operations.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues and peers through constructive behavior and engagement.
