Operator Assistant - GBA

About the Role

This position is for someone eager to build a career in a major global energy services environment. The role supports GeoBalance Applications work and offers hands-on exposure to field operations, equipment handling, and job preparation under close supervision.

What You Will Do

• Learn the fundamentals of GeoBalance Applications operations while working under direct supervision.
• Prepare equipment for installation and service activities.
• Help with rigging up and rigging down GeoBalance Applications service line equipment at job sites onshore and offshore.
• Support job execution, then assist with cleanup, repairs, and getting equipment ready for the next assignment.
• Learn how to monitor instruments and carry out calculations needed to confirm data quality at the well site.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills.
• Successful completion of company testing and competency standards.
• High school diploma required; the role builds skills through that education path.
• No prior work experience is necessary.
