Role Summary

This position is suited to a service-oriented and self-motivated professional who can support operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on working closely with the Financial Academy, helping deliver smooth operational support, improving the service experience, and enhancing the experience of examination candidates. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the full operational journey for candidates taking examinations through the Financial Academy, while serving as a link between delivery partners and the CISI operations team.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with important stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality support to partners and members so that their experience is smooth and well managed.
  • Work alongside internal departments to ensure a strong customer experience.
  • Spot and develop opportunities to improve services and processes.
  • Attend events regularly to engage with members and stakeholders.
