About the Role
The Operations function at Revolut focuses on solving complex problems at scale. The team creates efficient systems, removes friction, and helps enable global growth through speed, accuracy, and practical thinking.
In this role, you will drive high-impact work across the organisation, using data and insight to improve processes, address operational challenges, and support better outcomes for customers.
Key Work Areas
- Design and improve processes that can support Revolut’s rapid growth.
- Take ownership of core infrastructure initiatives and see them through delivery.
- Assess, prioritise, and sequence projects so the team can move quickly toward its goals.
- Identify new product or service opportunities that improve the customer journey.
- Oversee important vendor partnerships and build systems to monitor performance.
- Create and manage strategic supply chain relationships, including commercial negotiations.
What You’ll Bring
- A 2:1 degree or better from a leading university.
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-moving work environment.
- Hands-on coding ability in SQL, Python, or R.
- A proven history of leading complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify difficult problems into manageable parts.
- Comfort working with data in day-to-day decision-making.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to make an impact.
- Interest in the financial services industry.
