Role Overview

This is a full-time office coordination assignment based in South Dublin for a 3-month fixed-term period, with the possibility of an extension. The position is fully on-site and sits within a global, leading technology environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is focused on keeping the workplace running efficiently while supporting staff, clients, and guests.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee office and studio stock, furniture, equipment, and everyday consumables.
  • Help organise internal events and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Liaise with contractors and ensure the workspace remains tidy, safe, and properly maintained.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier arrangements, shipments, and related administration.
  • Maintain workplace processes, including building security and access control.
  • Assist with compliance around health and safety requirements.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for visiting colleagues and talent.
  • Greet clients, employees, and visitors arriving at the office.
  • Support onboarding for new starters and help run office inductions.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance wherever needed.
  • Take part in the First Aid and Fire Warden teams.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office coordination, facilities, or workplace support.
