About the Company

The Global Beauty Group is a leading Australian aesthetics technology business focused on helping clinics, salons, and medical aesthetics providers grow. The company offers more than 25 market-leading technologies, serves over 5,000 clients across Australia and New Zealand, and continues to expand internationally across 9+ countries through innovation, training, and strong client service.

Role Overview

The Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact at head office and will help shape a polished, welcoming, and professional experience for visitors, clients, partners, and employees. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and keeping a busy office running efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Duties

  • Create a premium front-of-house experience for every guest, client, and visitor.
  • Keep daily office operations organised so the workplace runs smoothly.
  • Support teams with administrative tasks and general office coordination.
  • Arrange meeting rooms, training areas, and client demonstration spaces.
  • Ensure the office stays neat, professional, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee supplies, stock levels, and relationships with vendors.
  • Help organise company events, team celebrations, and internal initiatives.
  • Look for ways to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
  • Provide cross-functional support to different departments when needed.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people. They should enjoy creating excellent service experiences, stay several steps ahead, and handle changing priorities with confidence.

Skills and Experience

  • Background in office coordination, administration, client service, hospitality, luxury retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Australian driver's licence is required.

Benefits

  • Birthday leave so you can take your birthday off.
  • Complimentary access to Medallion Club AFL and cricket tickets.
  • Monthly team lunches.
  • Employee discounts on movies, gift cards, and other offers.
  • Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Opportunity to work in the fast-moving aesthetics industry.

Role Fit

This position is not a standard receptionist role. It is intended for someone who can actively represent the brand, contribute to the culture, and help deliver a seamless experience for everyone who interacts with the business.

Application Note

The ideal applicant will be impeccably presented, highly organised, people-oriented, and comfortable keeping multiple priorities on track in a busy office environment.
