Role Overview
Hyve Sports Pvt Ltd is hiring a Merchandising Runner to provide hands-on operational and administrative assistance to the merchandising function. This position focuses on keeping samples, documents, follow-ups, and internal coordination on track so merchandising work moves forward without delays.
The role supports the timely flow of samples, paperwork, and information between merchandising, production, sourcing, suppliers, and other internal teams to help meet order completion timelines and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support merchandisers with everyday merchandising-related tasks.
- Help with order handling and keep merchandising records updated.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams to help ensure deliveries happen on time.
- Track and maintain records for sample requests, approvals, and submissions.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors about materials, samples, and dispatches.
- Follow up with internal teams on production progress and any pending inputs.
- Maintain clear communication across merchandising, production, and sourcing functions.
- Keep accurate documentation for purchase orders, invoices, shipment information, and approvals.
- Arrange and store merchandising files in an orderly manner.
- Monitor courier movements and maintain dispatch logs.
- Confirm timely delivery and receipt of items and documents.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in merchandising, apparel, sourcing, or operations.
- Freshers with good organizational ability are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of merchandising and garment manufacturing workflows.
- Good eye for detail and solid record-keeping habits.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once and work within deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and team-focused working style.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India.
