Role Overview
This opportunity is suited to a marketing professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who enjoys producing content, capturing real projects, managing social media, and contributing to advertising efforts. You will collaborate with leadership, design, sales, and construction teams to document modular home projects from concept through completion while helping strengthen a fast-growing housing brand. The role is practical and varied, combining creative and operational marketing work.
Employment Structure
The position begins as part-time with a 3-month probation period and is intended to transition into a full-time role. The workplace is based in Burwood East, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Key Duties
- Take photos and videos at display homes, project sites, client events, and other company activities.
- Maintain the organisation and accuracy of the media library and content records.
- Support the creation of social media assets such as Reels, Stories, and other short-form video content.
- Help coordinate the photography, videography, and editing process.
- Assist with preparing brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Support seminar events, display home activations, and industry exhibitions.
- Manage content scheduling across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and related channels.
- Track audience growth and engagement across social platforms.
- Assist with email marketing and CRM-related campaigns.
- Support Meta Ads setup, management, and optimisation.
- Assist with research, performance tracking, lead monitoring, and campaign reporting.
- Work with external marketing agencies when needed.
- Write and refine captions, newsletters, website updates, and other marketing copy.
- Support the development of customer case studies and project success stories.
- Help ensure brand messaging stays consistent across all communication channels.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has marketing, communications, or content creation experience and is confident working independently while managing several tasks at once. A positive mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Required Experience and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a similar area.
- Strong written and spoken communication ability.
- Experience producing content for social media channels.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work without close supervision and manage multiple priorities.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Experience with Meta Business Manager.
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Photography and videography capability.
- Background in real estate, construction, architecture, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
