You would be part of a diverse European workforce of around 2,700 employees serving customers in more than 50 countries.

What You Will Do

- Act as the main point of contact and thought partner for compensation and job evaluation topics for HR business partners, managers, and the works council, while staying aligned with internal policies.
- Carry out salary benchmarking and contribute to benchmark studies as well as equal pay evaluations.
- Support the annual bonus and salary review cycles, including budget preparation and approval steps.
- Help design and review salary bands together with local HR, employee representatives, and leadership, taking country-specific requirements such as collective agreements into account.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field.
- Around 1 to 3 years of hands-on professional experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to work independently while guiding new team members informally.
- Solid understanding of organizational structures and operational business environments.
- Interest in improving processes and building new ways of working.
- Very good German and English skills, along with strong interpersonal competence.
