About the Role

Marina Bay Sands is looking for practical, hands-on team members to support Supply Chain Operations. In this role, you will handle day-to-day logistics activities while also working with modern warehouse tools such as a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) technology. The focus is on helping the department meet its targets safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check incoming goods, repack them when needed, and send items to internal users across the property in a timely and proper condition.
  • Use handheld mobile devices to carry out WMS tasks and to assign or resolve basic AMR-related tasks.
  • Provide support to the Logistics Lead and Logistics Officers whenever required.
  • Follow attendance and punctuality standards, and comply with departmental as well as company policies.

Requirements

  • Applicants should have GCE O-level or an equivalent qualification, or higher.
  • No prior work experience is required; fresh candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience of at least 1 year in dock receiving, put-away, and picking operations within the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector is an advantage.
  • A valid forklift driving licence will be considered a plus.
  • You should be comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving and varied environment.
  • You must be able to lift up to 20 kg regularly and walk long distances, averaging around 12,000 steps per day.
  • The job requires indoor work and exposure to conditions such as noise, dust, CRT fatigue, and movement across all areas of the property.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays is required.
