Job Responsibilities

• Accept incoming shipments and inspect them for any signs of transport-related damage
• Open new parts packages and verify that the supporting documents match the physical items received
• Support the store inspector during receive-in verification checks
• Perform goods receipt transactions in SAP
• Store received physical parts in the designated storage locations
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the receiving area and bonded store
• Support the monthly finance stock take whenever assigned
• Carry out daily FOD inspections and update the proactive report accordingly

Qualification / Experience

• Minimum GCE N Level or an equivalent level of practical warehouse experience
• Forklift licence is required
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
